Simple hotel, appreciated our stay, it had good food and comfortable location to the nearest restaurant. Budget room, modest, had a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was good, there was lots of food to chose from. Location: the property was short walk to the suburbs as well as Kurana train station. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Angurukaramulla Temple.

Located near the airport yet remote from the hustle and bustle of the city, this guesthouse offers a peaceful stay. the hosts are attentive and welcoming, providing incredible service and delicious meals, such as the flavorful curry served for lunch. the rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and no sign of dampness or mould. Fast internet and tasty breakfast are included, and the guesthouse even has an onsite restaurant, perfect for those who don't want to venture far for food.

The only downside is the distance to the beach and city center, which may require a short ride by tuk-tuk.

The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, organizing a affordable airport transfer for us and greeting us late at night. They offered fresh fruit from their own trees and a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. The owner was very helpful, providing smiles and advice in fluent English. They also arranged a tuk tuk for us and got us a good rate. The place was simple, clean, and great value for money.

The room was in bad condition and the bathroom was small and dirty. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling due to heavy rain, making it unusable.

It was a refreshing change from other places I've stayed at. Lastly, the location was perfect. Being within walking distance to Kurana train station made it convenient for exploring the area.
